999pk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "999pk", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the 999pk gaming platform operated under an international gaming licence and accessible at https://999pk.bio.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 999pk platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the 999pk platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Platform" means the 999pk website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming software and services accessible at https://999pk.bio and its subdomains .
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's 999pk Account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held in separate sub-wallets.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 999pk subject to wagering requirements, which are held separately from real-money funds and cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are satisfied.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposits made by the Player using accepted payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, or Retail Cash.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any game, sports event, or market available on the 999pk Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the 999pk Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999pk governing your use of the Platform. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a Bet on 999pk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date you first register a 999pk Account and remain in force for the duration of your use of the Platform, including after account closure for matters arising during the period of your registration.

2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions, and that by using the Platform you accept these Terms on their behalf.

3.1 Age Requirement. The 999pk Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. Any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Bet on the Platform. 999pk enforces this restriction through identity verification procedures and reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time.

3.2 Single Account Rule. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on 999pk. The opening of multiple Accounts by a single individual (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods) is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the 999pk Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 999pk does not guarantee that the Platform is legally accessible in all territories. Players in Prohibited Territories access the Platform entirely at their own risk and 999pk accepts no liability in this regard.

3.4 Mental Capacity. By registering a 999pk Account, you confirm that you are of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions, including the financial decisions associated with online gaming.

4.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process at 999pk. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. 999pk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

4.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999pk Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 999pk offers SMS OTP two-factor authentication for Account login. Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature to protect their Accounts and PKR balances. 999pk cannot be held liable for unauthorised access to Accounts where two-factor authentication was not enabled.

4.4 Account Updates. You must promptly notify 999pk support if any of your registered Account information changes, particularly your mobile number or email address, to ensure continued access to your Account and uninterrupted payment processing.

4.5 Identity Verification (KYC). 999pk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its international gaming licence requirements. Before processing any withdrawal, 999pk may require you to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal processing.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 999pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. 999pk reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at 999pk is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 999pk reserves the right to apply limits to individual Accounts as part of its responsible gaming or fraud-prevention procedures.

5.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 999pk PKR wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 24 hours to process depending on interbank settlement times. 999pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification and confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. 999pk targets a withdrawal processing time of within 24 hours for verified Accounts. During periods of high demand or for withdrawal amounts exceeding standard thresholds, processing times may be extended.

5.5 Withdrawal to Source. 999pk applies an anti-money-laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the total amount deposited via that method. Winnings exceeding deposited amounts may be subject to additional payment routing procedures at 999pk's discretion.

5.6 Transaction Fees. 999pk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, mobile money operators, or banks may apply their own service charges, for which 999pk accepts no responsibility.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards offered by 999pk are subject to the specific terms associated with each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your 999pk Account must be wagered the specified number of times (as stated in the relevant promotion terms) on eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.

6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the 999pk Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked towards wagering requirements, while certain table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific contribution rates for each game category are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse & Misuse. 999pk maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity; using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions; and any coordinated activity between multiple players to exploit promotional offers. In all such cases, 999pk reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the relevant Account(s).

6.5 Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting). Expired Bonus Funds and unmet wagering requirements are automatically forfeited.

7.1 RNG Certification. All casino games available on the 999pk Platform — including slots, fishing games (Space Max, God Fish Slicing), live dealer titles, and virtual sports — use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. 999pk is committed to provably fair gaming and provides RTP (Return to Player) information for all applicable game titles.

7.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the 999pk Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed game rules and the underlying game software, the software outcome shall prevail. In the event of a technical malfunction that results in a game outcome being displayed incorrectly, 999pk reserves the right to void the relevant Bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.

7.3 Cricket & Sports Betting. All sports bets — including PSL, international cricket, and other sports markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as displayed at the time of bet placement. 999pk reserves the right to void or amend bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including match abandonment or suspension.

7.4 Bet Finality. Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by 999pk, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled by the Player except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or market rules (for example, a Cash Out feature, where available). It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details before confirming placement.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999pk Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate game or sports outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the use of the 999pk Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 999pk staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to support immediately and will be voided if not reported.

9.1 999pk is deeply committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or those around you, please make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform.

9.2 Available Tools. All registered 999pk players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are prepared to lose over a defined period. Reaching your loss limit will temporarily restrict further betting until the limit period resets or you contact support to adjust.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on how long you can remain logged into the Platform in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion from the 999pk Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are binding for the duration chosen. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

10.1 All content on the 999pk Platform — including but not limited to the 999pk brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and software — is the intellectual property of 999pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other licence or right is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 999pk Platform without the prior written consent of 999pk. Unauthorised use of 999pk intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999pk's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

11.2 999pk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if 999pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 999pk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, software updates, or technical failures may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. 999pk will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 999pk's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.1 By 999pk. 999pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; the Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; continued operation of the Account poses a risk to 999pk, other players, or third parties; or the Account is subject to a law enforcement, regulatory, or licensing authority inquiry.

12.2 By the Player. You may close your 999pk Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any active Bets must be settled. Real Money Fund balances will be returned to your registered payment method following account closure, subject to KYC verification and any applicable AML checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure for any reason, your licence to use the 999pk Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after Account closure.

13.1 999pk collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering a 999pk Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 999pk implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption of all data transmissions, access controls, and regular security audits.

13.3 999pk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services) solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal and licensing obligations.

14.1 999pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 999pk will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999pk holds its international gaming licence. Any reference to applicable law shall be construed accordingly.

15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 999pk, we encourage you to first contact our support team via live chat at https://999pk.bio. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally at this stage, and our team is committed to doing so fairly and in good faith within 5 business days of a dispute being raised.

15.3 Formal Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming licensing authority for independent adjudication in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures of that authority. 999pk will cooperate fully with any such adjudication process.

15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 999pk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
